Our chef, Regan Waugh, looks forward to being a collaborative partner in your event. “Food is so personal,” says Chef Regan. “Once we know your likes and desires, we’ll create a custom menu for your special event.” We take into account the type of event, the season, the venue, the wine—everything influences your custom menu. We’re not bound to any single culinary influence; we just love good food. We even offer event services, if you would like additional help.
